Project Description: Met-Excel was proud to work on the Hallsworth Road development in Eccles, a project that included 48 new affordable and eco-responsible homes, comprising 30 apartments and 18 two- and three-bedroom houses. The key challenge was managing two essentially separate jobs: the houses and the apartment block. With different scopes of work for each, this required meticulous planning and coordination to ensure everything ran smoothly across both sites.

Our team delivered high-quality work across the project, including partitions, ceilings, and plastering. Despite the challenges, including particularly high rainfall that year, Met-Excel’s proactive planning and strong cooperation with the main contractor and other trades kept the project on track. We were able to overcome weather-related disruptions by working collaboratively and staying ahead of potential delays.

The successful delivery of the Hallsworth Road development showcases Met-Excel’s capability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
