Project Description: Met-Excel was proud to be the subcontractor responsible for the partitions and ceilings, plastering, and external render at Tattenhall Phase 3, located in Chester. This prestigious project consisted of seven blocks of apartments within an assisted living village designed to provide high-quality, comfortable living for its residents.

The scope of work involved delivering precision and quality across multiple disciplines. Our team successfully completed the ceiling and partition installations to provide a solid structural framework, ensuring the design met both aesthetic and functional requirements. In addition, our plastering work provided a smooth, high-end finish that complemented the overall design vision.

The external render was applied with the utmost care to ensure durability and weather resistance, giving the development an attractive and long-lasting exterior.
