The Time Square development was part of a project to rejuvenate Warrington town centre, and consisted of three separate schemes: A retail and leisure building consisting of a cinema and restaurants, A four storey, 103,000 sq ft office facility for 1,100 employees at Warrington Borough Council, and an open-plan market hall.

Project Description: Met-Excel were tasked with the interiors package in the office block and the market hall, as well as one of the retail units. We installed a range of partition and drylining systems, from standard metal stud partitions to a gypliner system to the blockwork. We installed both MF and suspended ceilings throughout the project, including a rigitone ceiling in the atrium office building, over 20 metres high.
